Christmas is for Nuts

Joachim loves hazelnuts (also called filberts), but has been decidedly unimpressed with the quality of what is available in any of our local stores. I knew he was ordering some for the holidays, but even so was surprised when a 10-pound sack came from Freddy Guy's Hazelnuts. Ten pounds of hazelnuts in the shell is pretty big.

No complaints, though. The nuts are full, fresh, and definitely taste better than what we can get at the grocery. And as a bonus, Alex absolutely loves the sack.
